Leading and controlling the technical processes during the quotation phase to customers and development projects. Leading the assigned projects activities. Respecting the procedures identified within the organization. Proactive proposals for development of new approaches, strategies in his/her field of responsibility.
Projects Leadership:
Controlling all activities concerning the assigned projects, reporting results of the ongoing innovative projects, pushing colleagues to provide timely and high quality data and results during the development of projects. Verify technical and timing plausibility of the assigned projects. Coordination between teams within the company and by the customers. Regular communication to share information from and to the customer. Execute the assigned activities according to the set priorities.
Innovations Development:
Ideate new solutions based on the company vision, mission and strategy. Responsible for collecting customers' technical needs and to promote the development of solutions within the organization. Responsible to technically support sales to promote new solutions to customers.
